Welcome!
Your privacy is important to BOULD. Therefore we've formed this Privacy Policy so that you know what to expect when you give us your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information to third party companies, and share only what is necessary with our strategic partners (such as Habitat for Humanity and the US Green Building Council) in order to implement our program. Collection and Use of Personal Information
Personal information is data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person. This most often includes your name, billing address, phone number, email and past experience in Green Building. BOULD and its affiliates may share this personal information with each other consistent with this Privacy Policy in order to improve our products and services to you.
We primarily collect personal information to set up your BOULD account including, name, address, phone number, email address and past industry experience. When purchasing one of our services, we will also collect your payment information (either check or credit card). We do NOT collect your Social Security Number (SSN), so please contact us at info@gohabitatpro.com and verify this unique request before releasing this information.
Use of your Personal Information
The information you provide us is primarily used to contact you and coordinate logistics with you in regards to the program.
We also use your personal information to help us develop, deliver, and improve many of our services including: communication between Us and You, create better educational materials, products, services, and advertising.
We also offer networking and continual education opportunities by using your personal information. You can opt out of these mailing lists by contacting us at: info@gohabitatpro.com. However, you will not be able to opt out of important notices or changes in our legal agreements (such as but not limited to our Terms and Conditions) that we deem as vital importance for your knowledge.
If you enter a promotional drawing or sweepstake, we may use your information to administer and award the winnings to you.
Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information
BOULD also may collect non-user specific information in order to create better products, services, and advertising. Non-personal information cannot identify a specific person, and may be collected, used, transferred and disclosed for any purpose.
We may collect information that includes: zip code, area code, time zone, occupation, language, previous industry experience, previous exposure to LEED, and benefits gained through participant in our program. All of this information is used to better understand market demands and how we can better improve our products, services, and advertising.
We may also collect information from our non user-specific resources such as our website and generic case study surveys.
If we do combine non-personal information with personal information, it will be treated as personal information for as long as this information is combined together.

BOULD's website, online services, interactive applications, email messages, and advertising may use "cookies", pixel tags, and other technologies in order to better understand customer behavior. This information tells us which sites an individual has visited and helps us determine the effectiveness of our marketing. For example, we will need to share your contact information with Habitat for Humanity so that they can contact you to organize a specific event.
